Yogurt Salad Dressing

I'm a stickler for salad dressing. It can't be too thick, too oily, too dominant in its flavors, etc. The result  I often dress my salads myself. Below is a recipe I really like. It's healthy, flavorful and goes with pretty much anything: cooked carrots, beets and jicama or plain lettuce.

  • 1 tbsp. canola or safflower oil
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander

Just mix and enjoy.
