Sashimi Sauce and Great Salad Dressing Too

  • 1 cup grape seed oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 oz. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. minced, peeled ginger
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup water

Mix all ingredients but the oil in a food processor.  Slowly drizzle the oil in to make an emulsion.  Season with salt and pepper.
