Smoked Trout Salad
Ingredients
- 2 fillets smoked trout (Mackenzie is best and most expensive)
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 bunch watercress, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Whisk mustard, lemon juice in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle the oil into the bowl, whisking constantly to create an emulsion. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with remaining ingredients
