Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp banking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, soft

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F and Pam spray 13x9 baking dish.
  2. In a mixer whisk butter and 1.5 cups sugar until smooth. whisk in 2 eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 cup water until well blended. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. Fold together well and spread in baking dish.
  3. In mixer beat cream cheese, egg and remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Swirl through the batter (drop tablespoons then swirl with a fork).
  4. Bake 30-32 minutes until batter is dry.
