Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp banking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, soft
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350F and Pam spray 13x9 baking dish.
- In a mixer whisk butter and 1.5 cups sugar until smooth. whisk in 2 eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 cup water until well blended. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. Fold together well and spread in baking dish.
- In mixer beat cream cheese, egg and remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Swirl through the batter (drop tablespoons then swirl with a fork).
- Bake 30-32 minutes until batter is dry.
