Sea Bass in Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sea bass
  • 1 oz butter
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • One large spring rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley for decoration

Instructions

  1. Sauté sea bass in butter 7-8 minutes (4 on each side) until cooked. Set aside. Pour remaining ingredients into the same skillet and reduce to desired consistency (5 minutes should do it). Pour over fish and decorate with chopped parsley.
